Role & Responsibilities:

Employer Branding: Play a key role in promoting the employer brand and enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent more effectively. Utilize recruitment metrics and receive feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Technology Utilization: Leverage various recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.


Skills, Education, and Experience Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or in a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is critical for reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring accuracy in all recruitment processes.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions is important in the dynamic environment of recruitment.
  • Adaptability: Recruitment priorities and strategies may change, so adaptability and flexibility are valuable traits.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process is essential.
