YOUR TASKS

  • Conducting and coordinating applicant management
  • Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms
  • Management consulting and support for personnel issues such as personnel planning, salary determination, performance management, and questions with a labor law background, as well as employee development (talent management)
  • Initiating personnel marketing measures and participating in trade fairs and events
  • Monitoring of personnel controlling

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources desired
  • Expertise in German labor and collective bargaining law
  • Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • High level of initiative and independent work style
