What to expect with us:

The operational quality management supports the national and international procurement of private label products in all product categories. We are a service provider and consultant for purchasing departments, as well as an interface to external testing institutes.

In our watchdog function, we are involved in ensuring compliance with the legal due diligence obligations of our trading company.


What you will be doing with us:

With your expertise and passion, you will sustainably shape our demanding product range, from origin to local markets:

  • You show commitment: By ensuring the quality requirements of the REWE Group for private label products in the fresh food (bread & bakery) category.
  • You take responsibility: For the entire process of quality assurance: from product idea to ongoing product control of listed items.
  • You evaluate food law and internal requirements, including declaration checks and sensory tests.
  • You keep an eye on everything: When you commission independent laboratories to ensure quality in the market and experts to audit our suppliers.
  • You are a competent contact person: For various internal and external interfaces, e.g. purchasing and for complaints.
