Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone acquisition of projects in the life science sector
- Scheduling customer appointments for account managers
- Identifying key decision makers at existing and potential business clients
- Sending out qualification profiles to interested parties and clients as directed
- Actively planning and following up on customer appointments
- Creating and following up on proposals
Profile:
- Degree in business administration or in the fields of life science, chemistry, biology, or alternatively, a degree in personnel services
- Experience in acquisition or telephone customer service is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding
- Creativity in communication and enjoyment in working with people
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities
- Excellent German and English language skills
