    Description
    Essential Functions:
    The Operations Manager supports the daily operations and must take charge of their shift. Duties vary by location under Station Management's direction and may include:
    • Ensure each gate has a Supervisor and meets contract requirements
    • Assist with tip reporting, call-out logs, records, passenger assistance, or necessary forms
    • Provide on-the-job training for new staff
    • Communicate with customers for top-notch service
    • Ensure staff complies with safety standards
    • Engage in counseling, coaching, and employee discipline
    • Maintain regular attendance
    • Exceed service and safety standards
    • Perform other assigned duties
    Competency:
    To excel in this role, candidates should exhibit skills in Problem Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Communication, and Multi-Tasking.
    General Qualifications:
    • Minimum 18 years old
    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    Education/Experience:
    Associate's degree. High school diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant experience.
    Language Ability:
    Capable of interpreting safety rules, manuals, and communicating proficiently in English.
    Reasoning Ability:
    Able to apply common sense to written or oral instructions.
    Computer Skills:
    Familiarity with Outlook and Word. Ability to organize schedules and handle payroll tasks.
    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    This role may involve supervising accounts, supervisors, or work crews as directed.
    Work Environment:
    The described work environment may vary but requires employees to adapt to different conditions, including the use of personal protective equipment.
    Some tasks may be outdoors, exposing individuals to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
    Physical Demands:
    The physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting heavy weights, manual dexterity, auditory awareness, and visual acuity.
