For our client, a company in the aviation industry based in Bremen, we are currently looking for a full-time Team Leader Accounts Payable (m/f/d) to support the team.

The position is offered as part of temporary employment.


Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the team of accounts payable within the Accounting Shared Service Center
  • Ensuring compliance with invoice verification guidelines and account management
  • General communication with internal and external process customers
  • Managing the team during audits and inspections
  • Developing and optimizing new methods and procedures in accounting
  • Managing change processes
  • Representing and advising the department to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, as well as additional qualifications as a certified accountant (m/f/d)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, ideally with some experience in project management
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and proficient English skills
