As an educational specialist, you will accompany our children every day on their individual developmental path and build a trusting relationship with them.

Together with your team, you will work across groups to plan, design, and reflect on educational and learning processes within the infans concept, and contribute your ideas to daily activities.

With your keen observation skills, you will create creative learning situations for the children and share your experiences and passions from various areas of life, such as nature, movement, language, and interculturality.

Through your active involvement in parent work, you see a trusting partnership with parents as an essential part of your work.
