What You'll Do :
As a member of our customer-facing team responsible for responding to new claims reported to Farm Bureau, you will have one of the most meaningful and impacting contributions on our client/members.
You will take ownership for handling our fast-track claims to settlement while leaving the imprint of the Farm Bureau claim experience.
We are looking for motivated, coachable career builders who are eager to learn the business, drive our team's efforts to deliver a world-class claims service experience and demonstrate their potential to further their insurance careers.
We are looking for contributors who understand the qualities of great service and can deliver it. You bring the talent, performance, and ambition, and we will teach you how to investigate, evaluate and settle auto and property claims while showcasing your potentialPrior customer service experience is required.
Once training is completed (8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday), you will be assigned to a schedule working either 9:30am - 6pm or 10:30am-7:00pm, Monday - Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis (Max of 8 weekends/year)
