    Description
    We are the partner to some of the most well-known names in food, food service and retail. You will find our products on fast-casual menus, frozen meals, retail deli, meal kits and RTE bagged salads.

    We co-create and supply our partners with hot-cooked products including sauces, cheese sauces, soups, chilis and marinades. Our cold-processed products include dressings, sauces, spreads, and batters.


    We are a fast-growing food organization with 2 production facilities in So Cal and 1 facility in the East Coast.

    *Job Purpose:


    The maintenance manager will manage and administer, the maintenance department staff, to include Safety, efficiency, reliability, training, continuous improvement, and minimum machine down time.

    The Maintenance Manager will lead, develop, train, and hold the maintenance department accountable to daily preventative maintenance tasks.

    *Job Functions

    Lead the maintenance department to include front line mechanics,

    Lead the interviewing selection process of the department

    Excellent mechanical aptitude required

    Lead in the planning, organizing, and administration of plant capital projects.

    Select, control, and administer maintenance equipment and facilities projects.

    Direct and administer preventative and predictive maintenance programs

    Monitor department personnel training.

    Maintain equipment adequate and in good operating standards.

    Maintain professional communication within the organization and across departments.

    Supervise records related to facilities, maintenance, upkeeping, maintain records readily available.

    Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

    Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

    A team player with the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

    Ability to perform the physical labor necessary to repair, inspect, and maintain equipment.

    General knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.

    Knowledge of city and state building codes, Cal OSHA requirements.

    *Qualifications*5 plus years in a Manager role. 5 plus years in Food Manufacturing.

    Bachelor's Degree (University or Technical School)

    Related field of study:
    Industrial Mechanics. Electrician Commercial Certificate, Programming Basics Certificate, Internal Mechanical and Electrical skills.

    $120, $125,000.00 per year
