  • Led and trained a committee of 11 undergraduate students, to provide identity-based retention and graduation services for 50+ graduating seniors.  
  • Spearheaded event planning for a cultural graduation ceremony, to celebrate Filipino culture while recognizing the personal and academic achievements of each graduating senior. 
  • Facilitated virtual networking events and professional development workshops, to assist graduating seniors with preparation for the workforce amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. 
  • Planned and facilitated weekly zoom meetings for committee and interns to document strengths and areas of improvement for past events, plan future events using feedback, and maintain strong channels of communication for committee members to build close relationships.
