    We are looking for an Scheduling Associate to provide support to numerous departments and customers across the organization up to and including executive officers of the company.

    This position will be in our downtown Cincinnati, OH office.
    Medical, dental, and vision plans (must be full time)
    19 days of paid time off accrued, plus 8 paid holidays per year (must be full time)

    Facilitates logistics while scheduling and coordinating the bookings of large conference centers and executive dining rooms including room setup, confirming number of attendees, and communicating any special requirements to appropriate parties.

    Provides administrative support to various departments within AFG.
    Utilizes excellent communication and customer service skills to accommodate the needs of employees and executives.
    Builds working knowledge of department policies and procedures, as well as the business and organization.
    Provides general administrative support. Answers phones and emails
    Maintains files, spreadsheets, and databases.
    Maintains and orders office supplies/services.
    Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
    Must be able to successfully coordinate numerous projects simultaneously, providing top-notch service to each.
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

    Field of Study:
    Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
