- You will establish strong relationships with Groups (diverse markets) and local organizations to drive business for the hotel.
- Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, handling incoming RFPs and inquiries, managing contracts, and aligning client needs with the hotel team.
- You will report to the Sales Director.
- A sales role offers insights into various aspects of the hotel industry, paving the way for a dynamic career progression within sales, from exploring new market segments and larger properties to eventually taking on roles like Sales Director or national sales representative.
- Preferably a college degree, two years of hotel industry experience, or a blend of both.
- Prior experience in Hotel Group Sales is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience within the local Atlanta market is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Hilton operations is a strong asset.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Adequate education and communication skills for guest interactions and reading product information.
