- Conduct onsite and virtual sales engagement activities with HP
- Conduct onsite and virtual sales engagement activities with key channel resellers in order to promote Gumdrop attach to HP products
- Qualify strategic opportunities and collaborate internally with PSB territory sales team to win deals
- Represent PSB at HP industry events and trade shows
- Build an HP sales org chart and grow relationships with key sales leaders within the walls of HP
- Create and lead quarterly business reviews
- Operate as a central point of contact and resource internally for HP product and promotional information, recommending updates and changes proactively
- Work with PSB marketing to build out a library of content that is shared with the HP sales team.
- Collaborate with PSB Product and Sales Management on HP roadmap and go-to-market strategy to ensure PSB always has a protective case in K12 volume devices
- Work with HP sales reps to identify early-stage opportunities and ensure Gumdrop product is attached to quotes and bids
- Identify and transfer commercial opportunities to our commercial sales team
- Collaborate with, and distribute opportunities to the PSB sales team
- Ensure that relevant selling material, including sell sheets, price lists, and line cards are well circulated with HP & PSB channel partners
- Guide the PSB and HP sales teams to ensure proper and consistent pricing
- Execute value proposition training with HP sales team
- Coordinate territory mapping calls with HP sales team
- Floor days and vendor events with HP
- Lead pipeline reviews
- Report up to PSB executive team on attach rate, sales, and current initiatives
- Other relevant tasks that may be assigned
- Collaborative, results-oriented self-starter with a proven track record of developing OEM and channel partnerships
- Effective in networking and business development
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to critically think on your feet and present well, in person and virtually
- Ability to execute company priorities proactively
- Effective team player with ability to build and maintain relationships

- Has a proven track record of growing sales within the walls of HP
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years sales experience with HP, channel partners and two-tier distribution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience presenting to Executive Leadership
- Experience running floor days and trade shows
- Experience running territory mapping and pipeline review calls
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience utilizing Salesforce preferred
- Approximately 60% travel required

Strategic Partner Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Strategic Partner Development Manager is responsible for increasing the attach rate of Gumdrop protective cases and accessories to HP computers in the K12 education market.
