Fountain Electric is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Assistant to the company President, in our Spindale, NC headquarters office. Job Description
The executive assistant will be responsible for managing the schedule and communications of the company president and other key executives. Duties will also include meeting planning and coordination, record keeping, management and dissemination of data and reports, customer service interactions, assistance with special projects, event planning and coordination, community relations, and such other administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the president.
