PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The FUSE Content Lifecycle Management Platform + DAM is already in place at Client, utilized primarily in support of the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process

There is a separate effort underway to expand usage of the FUSE Lifecycle Management capability to manage content upstream and downstream of MLR

Wrapping additional governance around management of these raw content assets will help increase efficiency of authoring across channels, and also lighten our dependence upon AOR partners to warehouse our own content

The Content Authoring Tool [CAT] is a system that sits above the DAM, enabling live and robust creation and editing of content stored in that DAM

CAT has no dedicated storage of its own, the DAM acts as its data store

CAT allows for the establishment of templates to control the format of different types of communications, such as a banner ad, social post, or marketing email message

CAT also integrates into the FUSE lifecycle management workflow to help manage review and approval cycles for content managed through this solution

In this way, CAT becomes the one-stop-shop for content creation, review, editing, and submission to MLR review. This, as opposed to usage of myriad desktop applications such as MSWord, InDesign, and others, as well as all the emailing and document management associated with review and approval cycles, today

RISK:
The CAT platform chosen has not currently been integrated with the

FUSE DAM

MITIGATION:

Lisa has established expectation that these two vendors need to prove that they can integrate successfully before her own project will begin.

There is footprint/financial incentive for both vendors to make this happen

A minimum viable product (MVP) has been planned, involving just one type of communication,

Rep Triggered Emails , for two brands

As of today, Lisa has engaged a single Scrum Master to help keep things moving on both her FUSE Lifecycle Management, DAM and CAT initiatives.

Also, two PMs are involved to support Market Readiness and Technical/Process Enablers. We feel that despite their best efforts, all three still need to be connected by a holistic strategy or an integrated plan

PROGRAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Attributes; Senior Program Manager
:

10+ years of experience managing large, multi-disciplinary, global programs

Focus on change management as a component of technology adoption

Ability to organize multiple teams around an aligned vision and integrated plan inclusive of Agile and waterfall approaches

Deft management of stakeholders with different agendas and points of view

Maniacal attention to program details with the ability to synthesize and communicate those details succinctly

Expertise herding multiple vendors, each with its own agenda, in support of unified program goals

Adept at organization of scope across multiple workstreams, as well as delegation of authority to workstream project leaders

Maintenance of adequate operational transparency to ensure continued stakeholder comfort

Talent for representing program status and challenges to senior leadership

Ability to solve tactical problems through creation of scalable process-based solutions

Bias for action

Attributes; Client:

Comfort operating in large, loosely coupled corporate environments

Familiarity with operating in highly regulated industries

Specific experience with life sciences businesses

Comfort operating in a hybrid work environment
