- You will provide compassionate and effective care for our clients.
- You will have the opportunity to interact with them on a daily basis, assist them with their daily needs, and support them in their recovery journey.
- You will also participate in recreational activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as hiking, yoga, and gardening.
- You will ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone by applying your verbal de-escalation and redirection skills.
- You will collaborate with other staff members, such as nurses, and therapists to deliver high-quality services and coordinate care plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health science OR equivalent work/volunteer experience
- Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions - must be willing to transport clients in a 15-passenger van.
- Training in verbal de-escalation and/or mental health
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field
