About us
Arcadia of Crofton is a small, family-owned assisted living and memory care facility. We started the company to take care of our grandparents. Our goal is to provide the best, most loving care and attention for our residents.

We are hiring for a House Lead in Training. Applicant must be a CNA & Medication Technician.

We are looking for an experienced caregiver with management potential. This individual must have a strong understanding of medication administration & care skills. The most important qualification is compassion and a desire to improve the lives of our residents.

Our team of caregivers provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating), as well as running by cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Our facility has 15 residents that you will get to know on a personal level and be able to provide individualized love and attention.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership & guidance to other team members
Medication Administration
Training new hires
Provide companionship and socialization to our residents.
Assist with activities of daily living
Prepare meals and snacks
Housekeeping and laundry
Assist with mobility, such as walking or transferring from a bed to a chair.
Observe changes in the client's condition and report any changes to the supervisor.
Provide assistance to individuals with memory issues
