    Responsibilities of the Sales Executive will include:

    • Identifying and prioritizing potential clients within targeted industries and market segments.
    • Leveraging various channels, including networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to generate leads.
    • Researching and staying abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
    • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective client organizations.
    • Conducting discovery meetings to comprehend clients' business challenges, goals, and technology requirements.
    • Customizing sales presentations and proposals to showcase how our MSP's services can address specific client needs and contribute value to their business.
    • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Devising and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and quotas.
    • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipelines through effective use of CRM tools.
    • Undertaking any additional duties requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Qualifications of the Sales Executive:
    • Profound understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other technology offerings provided by the MSP.
    • Capability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in consultative selling techniques, solution selling, and managing complex sales cycles.
    • Strong networking skills for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through referrals and industry connections.
    • Ability to comprehend market dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to formulate effective sales strategies.
    • Strategic planning skills to prioritize sales efforts and focus on high-potential opportunities.
    • Resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
    • Persistence to follow up with leads, overcome objections, and close deals.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple prospects and sales activities concurrently.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client requirements, and internal processes.
    • Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
    • Relevant certifications such as sales training programs, ITIL, CompTIA, or vendor-specific certifications related to managed services and cloud solutions are advantageous but not required.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT services, technology, or related industries.
    • Experience in selling managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or related technology offerings.
    • Familiarity with the MSP business model, including recurring revenue streams and service-level agreements (SLAs), is advantageous.
    • Experience with consultative selling techniques, solution selling, and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technology to manage leads, pipelines, and forecasts.
    Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $70,000-100,000/hr. plus commission.
