The Executive Assistant is a positive-thinking, self-motivated, confident professional who understands their role as a protector of the growing team.

The EA is a Master of Systems, consistently seeking and maintaining new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money.

This individual is 100% committed to empowering the CEO to achieve advanced levels of success. They are an effective communicator, connector, and relationship builder. The clients are huge fans of this leader.

This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with some nights and weekends.

Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus and PTO


Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:


  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and backoffice support
  • Oversee all contracts through closing and review contract and listings documents for completion
  • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker
  • Guard the rainmaker's daily schedule
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
