We're recruiting a special individual who can multitask and manage client care operations and personal assistant needs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering good client relations.

Strong communication skills are needed as well as tough skin. Being creative to find solutions and taking the initiative to solve challenges are two traits are a must.





NOTE:
Availability to be on-call for light work in the evenings and on the weekends is required.


Responsibilities:


  • Day-to-day office tasks to support sales office
  • Daily customer communication
  • Compile and distribute reports to clients
  • Data entry
  • Bill pay
  • Financial spreadsheets using Excel
  • Miscellaneous personal assistant tasks
  • Goal minded to organize work flow and reduce inefficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Fast learner
  • High-energy
  • Positive attitude
  • Prides themselves on personal accountability
  • Sales and customer support experience required (real estate experience preferred)
  • Tech-savvy, ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • High accuracy with documents
  • A goal to do things right the first time
  • Flexible in daily routine with some local travel required
  • Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Research skills
  • Able to stay calm and professional during times of stress
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality
  • A true professional who supports the entire team to achieve goals

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
