    We are investing in scaling our sales team to support our continued growth and looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) to work as key members of our team. As a member of ThoroughCare's Sales Development Representative (SDR) program, you will own the execution of day-to-day lead generation activities, you will use a combination of phone, email, video, social media and HubSpot to help build our sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position ThoroughCare products.

    You will have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth and a highly collaborative team atmosphere; this includes having the chance to learn from senior leadership and the potential for future roles in sales with a rapidly changing and growing healthcare software company.

    Responsibilities and what to expect:

    In one month, you will:

    • Attend training(s) and learn the ThoroughCare story, while gaining experience with our products including learning how existing customers use our products
    • Shadow colleagues and start working on your own pitch while learning the buyer personas
    • Schedule your first qualified meeting for a Business Development Representative through targeted outreach

    By month three you will:

    • Gain a strong understanding of the industry and the personas you will be reaching out to
    • Create messaging that will resonate with them and help you exceed your activity driven sales metrics
    • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through high volume outbound cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
    • Fully understand our internal organization and be able to collaborate cross-functionally
    • Develop a territory plan alongside a team of Business Development Representatives

    By month six you will:

    • Master conversational prospecting tactics and continue crushing your goals of developing new business opportunities
    • Work with your manager to show a plan for continued growth
    • Bring your best thinking, strategy, and ideas to the team to advance our unique culture and vision for the future
    • Consistently fueling the pipeline with engaged buyers

    About you and what type of skills you will need:

    • Desire to pursue a career in Healthcare Sales
    • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Competitive in nature and goal driven
    • Organized and process oriented
    • Ability to influence decision making and communicate ideas across all levels of management
    • 2+ years of full-time prior SDR, tele-sales and lead generation experience
    • A proven understanding of how to work in a goal-oriented team
    • Ability to receive continuous feedback and strive for improvement

    Bonus points for:

    • SaaS sales experience
    • Healthcare industry experience

    This position is full-time and available immediately. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and career advancement opportunities. Onsite placement for this position is preferred.
