    Oeler Industries, Inc. is currently hiring a Business Development Representative to work in our global headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.

    Who We're Seeking:


    We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, easy-going person to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative is responsible for fostering Oeler Industries' ongoing market relationships with architects, designers, and other stakeholders. This person will represent Oeler Industries in one-on-one and small group settings to grow the company's influence and market reach. This person will also play a critical role in lead development and project identification.

    Essential Functions:

    • Plan, coordinate and execute in-person, digital, and phone meetings with architects, designers, and engineers.
    • Follow up with architects, designers, and engineers on a routine basis to enforce Oeler Industries' reputation and scope of capabilities.
    • Maintain and manage Oeler Industries' CRM system.
    • Support the Oeler Industries sales team by assisting with CRM use and applications.
    • Drive new leads and projects toward sales team.
    • Establish relationships between industry decision-makers and Oeler Industries.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related course of study from an accredited college or university preferred. Industry experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
    • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
    • Familiarity with presentation techniques and software (MS PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.).
    • Ability to work with little supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must be relationship-oriented and demonstrate consistent follow-through.
    • Strong time management, organizational, and project-management skills.
    • Must be enthusiastic and able to work in a small group setting.
    • Access to reliable transportation; must be willing to travel during the work day within 50 miles of downtown Pittsburgh, PA.
