    Are you a driven finance professional looking for the next step in your career? My client is a multi-billion dollar, privately held manufacturing organization seeking a Finance Director to add to their growing team.

    As a Finance Business Partner to the organization, this is a highly visible role reporting to the CFO, where you will problem solve and recommend solutions to drive process improvements and make key business decisions, while overseeing an entire business unit

    Client Details

    I'm partnered with the CFO of a multi-billion dollar, privately held, manufacturing organization located in Tinley Park, IL. This global organization services over six industries by providing high-quality materials and services to their customers Due to continuous organic/internal growth, they are looking for a Finance Director to come join their booming organization and be a Finance Business Partner to two of their most profitable business units

    Description

    Perform analysis to support strategic decision making for current organization

    Present financial status on a project basis meeting with Senior Leadership Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and variance analysis on the performance of the unit

    Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data making recommendations to increase financial performance for BU

    Manage customer pricing programs within the ERP system

    Work cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Operations, Strategy, etc. to gather information to contribute to financial analysis of company performance

    Put together the monthly reporting deck for the CFO to present to Senior Leaders

    Assist in the creation of project-level forecasts for incorporation into a long-range planning process and analyze performance against objectives

    Ad hoc analysis as required

    Profile

    Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

    CPA or MBA a plus

    Manufacturing industry and Project Forecasting experience a plus

    6+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance

    Management experience required

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
