As WithMe's
Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role reports to the Head of Finance. This position will work remotely; however, there may be travel up to 10%, including overnights. This position offers equity in the company through stock options.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Implement and manage new financial reporting and FP&A software; develop and implement financial policies and plans.
Collaborate with executives and directors to build and manage forecasts and budget.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyze business profitability by product line and package offering
Develop strategies to increase profitability and return on investment
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
Provide financial advice and counsel to the CEO, COO, Head of Finance and other senior management.
Manage a team of finance and accounting staff and outsourced resources.
Other daily activities as required.

To Be Successful

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in finance or accounting with financial planning and analysis experience; minimum of three (3) years managing staff.
Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work remotely; ability to travel as needed.
