    We currently have an opening for a Customer Experience Representative at Bogati Urn Company in Sarasota, FL.

    This individual will play a vital role in our company, often being the first point of contact for bereaved individuals and families.

    Applicants must be professional, respectful, discreet, and comfortable communicating effectively with people who have just lost a loved one.


    Overview & Responsibilities:
    Operates multi-line phone system with strong phone presence, professional attitude, articulation, and compassion

    Takes clear, concise, and accurate notes from callers over the phone

    Dispatches mobile teams quickly and accurately to pick up decedents or pets from the place of death

    Schedules home euthanasia as needed

    Enters decedent information into our database

    Scans and files office documents and records

    Preforms other office duties as needed, including office cleaning


    Requirements & Qualifications:
    High school degree, vocational degree, or equivalent preferred

    One year of call center experience

    Database experience is preferred

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Comfortable working around deceased people

    Self-motivated and detail-oriented
