- Associates Degree preferred
- Financial Industry experience required
- 2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
- Accurately perform daily service tasks with timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels
- Communicate accurately with both advisors and clients
- Maintain detailed communication logs in CRM systems
- Engage with clients compassionately and empathetically
- Contribute to a positive team culture built on core values
- Assist in setting client appointments
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
