    Description

    Role: Office Coordinator

    Location: Downtown Denver

    Are you ready to make a change? A reputable oil and gas company in downtown Denver is seeking an Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing mailroom support, general office help, and occasional assistance for the front desk. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

    This is an ongoing contract paying $ per hour depending on experience.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3-5 years of mailroom experience
    • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
    • Must be comfortable working some overtime during certain times of the year.
    • Strong communication skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and overnight packages.
    • Distribute office supplies to supply rooms.
    • Assist with department moves when needed.
    • Maintain postage machines.
    • Distribute copy paper to designated area.
    • Order office supplies for department.
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and shipments from all carrier.
    • Assist in setting up Boardroom for meetings.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
