Responsible to manage the Pharmacy's daily business, financial, and inventory operations of the Penn State Hershey Health System including managing and directing purchasing and inventory activities related to supply chain management; analyzing revenues and expenses related to the departmental budget to assess financial performance; managing the Federal 340B Drug Program including ensuring compliance, monitoring and maximizing savings; and developing drug cost-savings initiatives related to Formulary management.
