We are looking for a skilled Catering Supervisor to become part of our exceptional team alongside the Hershey Company.

Full Time Position
-
Workdays primarily with some evening events

- Catering experience - mandatory

- Culinary background - mandatory

- Servsafe certification - mandatory

- Allergen Training - Preferred

Our catering services cover a wide range of events, from small business lunches to extravagant black-tie affairs. The Catering Manager will be responsible for Operations and Staff Management, including overseeing assembly and setup of events, service, training employees, as well as Sales and Pricing. Basic literacy, numeracy skills, and ability to follow instructions are essential. Must be able to work efficiently with hands and stand for extended periods.

Metz Culinary Management is expanding our Catering Department and looking for hospitality-oriented individuals to join our EXCEPTIONAL Catering Team

We are seeking Catering Team Members for various roles in a busy College/University Dining Services setting.

This is an excellent chance to demonstrate your creativity and attention to detail by creating beautiful food presentations and providing OUTSTANDING service to our Guests and Hosts.

Catering Team Members handle all aspects of banquet-style food displays with a focus on hospitality and guest experience. Our catering events vary from small business lunches to extravagant black-tie affairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty effectively. The requirements listed below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position can be either full or part-time with flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is preferred, and a FRIENDLY attitude is a must
