    Description

    Pay: $18/hr

    Hours: M-F 8-5

    Location: Loveland, CO - 2 Days IN office & 3 Days Remote

    Description:

    support customers via telephone, online chat and email with order entry, and pre-sale specifications.

    -Provide prompt, accurate answer to order/tracking questions and process order entry requests from customers through telephone, online and email

    -Input customer orders into the company's order entry database

    -Checks and releases various order holds as assigned for the position

    -Assists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions and item information

    -Identify and enter sales leads
