    Job Description

    IntegriChain is looking for an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team. As the People Operations Manager, you will oversee various aspects of the company's human resources operations within our People & Culture team. You play a vital role in ensuring employee well-being and engagement with programs and resources, creating positive experiences throughout the employee journey. This position is crucial for maintaining compliance with employment regulations and meticulous employee data management. Collaboration with team members across HRBP, Org & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Global P&C teams is instrumental.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, focusing on operational excellence and adherence to procedures and practices
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including insurance and retirement plans; liaise with benefit account managers and providers on employee needs
    • Manage HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries promptly
    • Oversee Leave Management processes, ensuring proper administration of FMLA, ADA, Parental, and other leave programs
    • Ensure legal compliance within HR, staying updated on employment laws and regulations
    • Manage immigration procedures in collaboration with Immigration Counsel
    • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring documentation and procedure adherence
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures for consistency and fairness
    • Coordinate compensation and employee status changes, maintain accurate employee records
    • Ensure SOP instructions are followed, update processes as needed
    • Maintain employee records, manage business audit processes
    • Supervise P&C team members, focus on performance management and team building
    • Conduct regular process audits, stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices
    • Provide HR Analytics details to HRBPs and P&C Leadership
    • Collaborate on Rewards and Recognition activities, wellness initiatives, and events with Org & Talent Development
    • Manage Office Management, oversee day-to-day tasks
    • Handle special projects as directed by P&C Leadership

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of HR experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
    • Experience in a growth-oriented environment required
    • Knowledge of employment laws and SOC Audit experience preferred
    • Success in implementing HR strategies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build relationships at all levels
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Integrity and discretion with confidential information
    • Proficient in HR management software and G-Suite applications
    • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
