Cardone's effective strategies are imparted through online programs, workshops, personalized coaching, and large-scale events.

This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with flexible hours if needed, based in Aventura, FL.

Position: Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining, planning, and innovating an organization's systems infrastructure. This encompasses ensuring security, monitoring, and designing both hardware and software components.

As an expert in IT practices, the Systems Engineer leverages experience and judgment to strategize and achieve departmental and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a link between IT and relevant departments/staff to propel strategic systems technology initiatives
Maintains records, updates documentation, and handles communication
Provides recommendations and support for platform architecture needs
Assists in reviewing new system/software releases, upgrades, and patches
Responds to and resolves critical alerts promptly
Utilizes innovative approaches for application development, enhancement, and maintenance
Leads compliance audits, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives
Evaluates requests for information systems hardware, software, or services
Aids in the development, compilation, and maintenance of computer monitoring systems and technical programs
Communicates software system details and instructions effectively
Ensures alignment with program goals and procedures
Undertakes additional tasks vital for department and overall business operations as assigned by management
Encourages cross-training within departments to ensure seamless business operations

Requirements:

Associate's degree or 4+ years of related field experience
Proficiency in Active Directory administration and virtualization
Knowledge of network equipment and operations, including Cisco Meraki
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Desktop and Server management
Experience in backup methodologies and software like Veeam
Understanding of telecommunications concepts and equipment, e.g., VoIP phone systems
Bonus: Experience with Mac desktop/laptop and Apple devices
Strong grasp of IT systems including servers, desktops, routers, switches, and firewalls
Proficient in project management, time management, and problem-solving
Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery strategies
Skilled in system implementation methods for new and existing information systems
Advanced knowledge of computer monitoring systems and highly technical applications
Comfortable working in a Production Environment
Capable of analyzing facts, defining problems, and proposing solutions
Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Able to work independently, mentor team members, and handle tasks under pressure
Experience in collaborative team environments
Physical ability to perform tasks like standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds
