Job Overview

The HCC Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing manufacturer/vendor relationships, while structuring transactions consistent with risk parameters.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are limited to:

Identify and solicit new accounts within risk guidelines.
Maintain and grow existing vendor relationships.
Prepare written sales/marketing materials for vendors.
Prepare and perform written and verbal presentations to vendor prospects.
Perform program launch presentations and support at vendor meetings/conferences as needed.
Structure lease payments and programs in a creative manner that achieve profit targets.
Achieve annual budgeted volume and yield objectives.
Maintain proper expense discipline with controllable expenses and while travelling on behalf of company.

Requirements

Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Self-starter and goal oriented.
Understanding of credit and basic operational process.
Ability to prepare marketing materials and presentations for vendors.
Effectively present information to managers, clients, and coworkers.
Excellent mathematical skills.
Strong working knowledge of PC/Windows environment.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing or related discipline and a minimum of 7 years industry experience in a sales or related function.

Valid Driver's License.
Master's Degree preferred.

Pay Range Information

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Salary Grade Minimum - Annual

$94,000.00

Salary Grade Maximum - Annual

$164,400.00

Salary Grade Minimum - Hourly

$51.65

Salary Grade Maximum - Hourly

$90.33
