Description

Position Function:
Assist in the transition of sponsored project awards from receipt of fully executed agreements to post award management and closeout.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment.
Minimum Experience :
At least one year of professional work experience.
Minimum Other:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; excellent customer service skills; excellent technological skills; proficient mathematical and computer skills; experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel; experience using Adobe suite of products, specifically Acrobat; ability to multi-task well under pressure, simultaneously handling a variety of projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines; ability to produce detailed, accurate work.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
Professional work experience in the creation, maintenance and tracking of electronic documents and/or managing accounts/programs. Additional years of related and/or higher education experience.
Preferred Other:
Excellent organizational and time management skills; experience using electronic research administration (eRA) systems, specifically Cayuse Research Suite; experience using financial systems, specifically Banner and Argos.

The annual salary for this opportunity is $44,000.
