About the Role:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives in New York City.
As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred but not required.
