About the Role:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives in New York City.

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, orders, and product information.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred but not required.
