About the Role:
We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Retail Cashier to join our team. As a Retail Cashier, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions. If you enjoy interacting with customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong math skills, we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
Answer questions about products, prices, and promotions.
Provide recommendations and offer assistance in finding items.

Cash Handling:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.

Order Processing:

Assist customers with placing orders for products that may not be available instore.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special orders or requests.

Maintaining Store Appearance:

Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.

Customer Satisfaction:

Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Proactively resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to address any issues or concerns.
