About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Ensure that important documents are properly filed, easily accessible, and securely stored.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as required.

Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure that the office is well-equipped.

Data Entry: Input and update data in company databases and systems. Ensure that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Facility Management: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Coordinate with building management and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.


Requirements:

Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and visitors.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the office.
