With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team remotely in the U.S. This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities:


  • Optimizes all available sales resources to effectively make cold calls or other cold inquiries in order to generate leads in accordance with company standards.
  • Engages and understands all products and various segments (F&B, H/C, flood remediation, Boilers/Cooling Towers, etc.), acronyms and regulatory terminology to conduct strong initial discussions with potential customers.
  • Works in partnership with Territory Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and Territory Account Managers to followup on qualified leads to drive leads into converted Hygiena customers.
  • Enters all outreach into the CRM MS 365 system for tracking purposes in a timely manner.
  • Monitors appropriate segments, current food recalls and competitive offerings and adjusts tactics and call strategies accordingly, reporting knowledge gained to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Seeks to understand all products and market segments served, acronyms and regulatory terminology to conduct strong sales discussions with customers. Asks for assistance when needed.
  • Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
  • Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for selfprotection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Handles various other duties as delegated by the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment (preference: 2 years' experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in the sales profession.
