    Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

    Facilities, Logistics, and Procurement ManagerSUMMARYWe're looking for a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to become part of our friendly atmosphere and join our enthusiastic team.

    RESPONSIBILITIESOperation and upkeep of our fleet delivery vehiclesExecute all aspects of ice cream and product delivery, including invoicing and product rotationExecute all aspects of weekly ingredient procurement, including shopping and deliveryEffectively understand, use and update proprietary ice cream inventory management softwareMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and fleet vehiclesClearly communicate needs or issues with shop managers and field support teamGreet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcomeDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsCheck quality and temperatures throughout the day to ensure Sweet Cow quality and safety standards are met or exceededFollow sanitation and safety procedures in regard to food handlingWork as a team to ensure shop needs are metAct with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Sweet CowMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityContribute to a positive team environmentWork in 'in-shop' production and service roles as neededKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTSSpotless driving recordImpeccable organization and planning skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to quickly and effectively manage and execute changeMastery of basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percents, ratios and both English units of measurement and the metric systemAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent customer service skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicAbility to communicate effectively with customers and team membersAbility to lift up to 50 poundsDaytime availabilityAbility to work a minimum of 30 hours per weekAbility to work nights, weekends and holidaysMust be at least 18 years of ageEXPERIENCEPrevious service industry and logistics experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
