    Description

    We are in search of a skilled Team Leader for Operations who can guide and nurture a top-performing Operations team. As the chosen one, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing top-notch operations procedures, overseeing financial and project reporting, and collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the financial squad. The perfect fit will boast solid experience in operations management and leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership:
    • - Shape and empower a stellar Operations team.
    • - Set up precise goals and benchmarks, fostering continuous growth and professional advancement.

    Process and Procedure Implementation:

    • - Develop and enforce comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • - Drive process enhancement campaigns and ensure meticulous documentation.

    Financial Coordination:

    • - Collaborate with the financial squadron on accounting duties, cost reports, WIP, CSRs, and monthly projections.
    • - Educate the team on budget preparation and financial reporting strategies.

    Project Management:

    • - Supervise budget preparations, billings, alterations, and negotiations with subcontractors.
    • - Keep tabs on labor hours, project expenses, and ensure timely procurement.

    Contract and Procurement Management:

    • - Negotiate and oversee agreements with subcontractors, proprietors, and suppliers.
    • - Ensure adherence to pacts and timely procurement protocols.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • - Define KPIs and carry out routine performance assessments.
    • - Offer input and tweak procedures as necessary.

    Technology and Tools:

    • - Efficiently utilize project management and accounting tools.
    • - Introduce collaboration platforms to boost team communication.

    Team Culture:

    • - Foster a positive work atmosphere through team-building events and acknowledgment initiatives.
    • - Promote transparent feedback and idea exchange.

    Qualifications:

    • - Demonstrated track record in operations management and team oversight.
    • - Sound expertise in process enhancement and agreement administration.
    • - Competence in project management and accounting software.
    • - Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
