- Facilitate the orchestration of sourcing initiatives pertaining to mechanical and electrical apparatus, encompassing oversight of inventory administration and purchase order coordination.
- Collaborate with construction, engineering, and finance departments to ensure continuity of equipment delivery.
- Assist in the supply chain process, including competitive bidding, reviewing vendor proposals, and managing clarifications with vendors.
- Review product submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Background in construction, procurement, or engineering preferred.
- Prior exposure to inventory oversight, purchase order administration, and analytical tasks is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in assessing vendor submissions and effectively addressing inquiries for clarification.
