    2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Procurement Team.

    In this role, the Procurement Specialist I (PS I) has a variety of duties to include the procurement of repair parts and/or replacement units within the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance supplier network.

    To procure the right stuff, at the right time, and ensure it's delivered expeditiously, you must research and place orders for the appropriate part(s) while taking into consideration pricing and availability.

    The overall expectation is that this individual will provide superior customer service to internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and homeowners.

    Learns 2-10 HBW technology platforms, service agreements, and processes to effectively work assigned volume of BOMs (bill of materials) and purchase orders in the trades of HVAC, Appliance or Water Heaters.

    Researches and selects appropriate product(s) to be ordered from the most cost-effective supplier taking into account contractor designated preferred suppliers first.

    Details actions through notes and successfully communicates actions based on policies and procedures.
    Updates customers and contractors with ordered status and updates required, when applicable.

    Able to complete order confirmations with suppliers and provides notes within the claims' systems documenting the details of the order status to include estimated time of arrival (ETA).

    Process returns in HVAC, Appliances and Water Heaters trades. Build working relationships with Suppliers, Contractors, and Shipping companies; High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant work experience
    Intermediate + Computer Skills and familiarity with MS Office suite
