    Patient Scheduler- SCS Home Health- Everett, Washington


    Schedule:
    Full Time, Days


    This position is responsible for coordinating the daily, weekly, and monthly assignments for Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides, MSW Care Coordinators and Chaplains; and on a rotating schedule provide administrative support to the Triage and After Hours Clinical Support department staff.

    Required qualifications:

    • Experience working in a receptionist capacity answering a multi-line phone and greeting customers.
    • 2 years Experience as a general office assistant or equivalent training/education, preferably in a health care setting.
    • Experience in coordination or scheduling out-of-office staff, preferable in the healthcare industry.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 3 years Recent hospital, nursing home or home health experience.
    • 1 year Experience in health care industry.

    About the Team


    Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.


    HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
