Referral Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones and transferring to appropriate staff
- Greeting patients and/or visitors
- Updating and scanning patient referrals/documents
- Handling correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Calling incoming Leads
- Facilitate communication between the patient and other health care professionals
- Cooperates with facility healthcare professionals and complies with facility policies/procedures
- Follows quality assurance guidelines and maintains patient confidentiality
- Perform other duties as required
- Scheduling in office procedures
Position Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with medical terminology
- 3+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role

Requirements and Qualifications

- Associate degree (a plus)

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
