    Administrative Assistant

    Do you like working in an office setting? If so, this may be the position for you For this position you will be helping in many different departments such as HR, Accounting, and Dispatch.

    Position –Administrative Assistant

    Job Location –Fond du Lac, WI

    Starting Date –Immediate

    Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire

    Employment Type –Full-Time

    Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm)

    Starting Pay –$ $19.00

    Benefits –Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

    Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

    Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience

    Responsibilities

    -Invoicing

    -Order entry and processing

    -Validate invoices and insurance

    Qualifications

    -Multi-tasking

    -Great communication; both verbal and written

    -Customer Service
