The Administrative Assistant must have strong attention to detail and always maintain confidentiality. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize, adapting to change, and, project a professional image.

What it takes:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 03 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination
- Accounts payable/receivable experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
- Relevant construction industry experience (preferred)
- Communications skills, both oral and written; accurate, clear and concise
- AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability_
