The Commercial Sales Consultant works to strategically engage with the architectural and design community, builders, contractors, and developers to generate commercial sales.

Essential Functions
Meet or exceed individual sales plan
Offer design solutions, technical expertise, and gain an understanding of prospect and customer product needs
Build and develop a stronger commercial base of business
Search for and continuously qualify commercial sales opportunities
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of complete line of products/services
Establish follow up strategies and tactics; consistently applies time and territory management techniques
Maintain all internal and external channels of communication in coordinating all project phases necessary
Provide accurate forecast of sales activity
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of commercial sales experience (building materials/window products)
Ability to secure and manage complex and technical long cycle sales
Clear understanding of cultivating and developing viable sales pipeline
In depth understanding of construction
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle oversight of multiple sales projects simultaneously (with support)
Detail-oriented
Ability to work with/learn required technology and software applications (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM software)
Valid Drivers license
Must have own insured and functional automobile
