    First Western is seeking an Bank Operations Analyst I to join our team

    As a Bank Operations Analyst I at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Bank Operations team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

    What You Will Do:

    • Performs operational support duties, inclusive of the timely and accurate review and processing of periodic requests.
    • Independently prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established SLAs.
    • Maintain document imaging using FCM and consistent indexing and filing
    • Verify various new customers, new accounts and maintenance reports
    • Follow up with offices to ensure documentation is received for reports as-needed
    • Assist with CRM cases from external offices on various requests

    What You Bring:

    • Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
    • Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization
    • General knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is preferred.

    1-3 years, Bank deposit operations and/or services is preferred. Required

    Job Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
