    Business consultant - Bilingual Japanese/English

    We are looking for great people to join our small but growing US office, based in southern California.

    Our clients are primarily Japanese companies in North America, and our service capabilities focus on IT planning and implementation, business transformation, and project/program management.

    All our consultants are proficient in both Japanese and English.
    Responsibilities
    Act as a facilitator for client meetings, including meeting preparation and follow-up
    Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
    Gather data and insights through research to offer practical solutions to client problems
    Present findings to client in concise and clear manner, using various formats (PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel sheets)
    Perform various project management tasks such as tracking action items, issues, and potential risks
    Contribute to our company's internal business processes and continued company growth
    Qualifications
    Experience in project-based work, preferably in a leading role
    Native

    level language fluency in either Japanese or English; business-level proficiency in secondary language (Japanese / English)
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Logical thinking and problem solving skills
    Enthusiasm for working in a team environment
    Project management certification (preferred)
