An employer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team local to Glendale, KY. 80% of the time will be sourcing (sending out messages, calling candidates, and interviewing for certain roles)

10% would be onboarding paperwork / processes, 10% at career events or networking events). This individual will be working in a virtual desktop so need to be technical savvy with a computer.

This is a greenfield project, at times there will be less structure than an established environment and this individual will need to be a self-starter and able to pivot accordingly.

We report onsite to our brand-new HR facilities in Elizabethtown, KY weekly but we are able to carve out flexibility for onsite requirements as needed.

Tech Savvy

Eager to Learn more about HR /Recruiting
Prior Engineer / manufacturing recruiting experience
Prior experience hitting target KPIs/Metrics
Has previous experience in recruiting, specifically for High Volume roles tied to Manufacturing or skillsets you would consider "Blue Collar"
Ability to generate leads and reach out to people
Prior experience using Indeed, Linkedin, and Zip for recruitment or sales purposes
Good communication skills / ability to build relationships
